Pizza

A few weeks ago, Jacob came home from school with his lunch untouched.

Jacob: Mom, I didn't eat the lunch you packed today. I tried the cheese pizza in school instead.

Mom: Wow, did you like it?

Jacob: Yeah.

This is the first time that Jacob had real pizza. I was so happy, I didn't even get upset that he didn't eat the lunch that I packed.

Last night we went to a party that served only pizza. I was about to get Jacob some cheese pizza and then he saw the ham and pineapple pizza and wanted that instead. Three slices later, he told me he was finally full.

I guess he really likes pizza, this is going to make my life so much easier. One less food to pack when we go to parties when they only serve pizza. Now I am just waiting for Joey to get over his allergies.

That's it, I am calling Child Services. Jacob has never had pizza? That is child abuse.

Remember he was allergic to diary? If he just had one little bit, he broke out in hives. He is finally over the milk allergy. I am jumping for joy!

OMG, that is big news. Congratulations!! We should celebrate with a pizza, or two...

Actually, they do make cheese-less pizzas. We usually order some cheese-less mushroom pizzas at work for people with dairy allergies. They are quite good. Even people without allergies, like me, like to eat them.

Great for Jacob. That is huge. Now he can have ice cream and the whole works right? By the way Joanna, cheeseless pizza is called bread.

I now have a pizza maniac. He has pizza for lunch yesterday and wanted pizza for dinner again last night. I guess he is making up for the previous missed pizza eating opportunity.
